No service on sim card

<p>I did a sim swop yesterday (09/06/2016 @ 18:10) at Cell C repair center in Tygervalley. Terri told me it will take 2 hours for the sim swop to take place. My old sim is not working anymore and the new sim is saying no service. Customer care is telling me the sim swop is successful and it can be the sim that is faulty. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I don't have an active sim and Cell C just don't care. Cell C expect me to go buy a new sim card and then do the sim swop at my inconvenience. Most likely i won't have a phone with a working sim until next week because Cell C don't care and will just pull up their shoulders and tell you to come in if you want. If you don't then it is your problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is not my problem. Cell C gave me a faulty sim and now it is becoming my problem. So prove me wrong Cell C.. Prove to me that you care and sort this out today. Without me having to waste petrol and my time at my inconvenience.</p>
