NO SERVICE, NO REPLY, NO SOLUTIONS!!!!

Cell C is probably the worst Service Provider in SA. Their website is ****, their call centre agents are not very helpful and they don't respond to emails. I am fed-up!! Just can't get a simple issue resolved for more than a year now. When I do eventually get through, I explain my situation for 20 minutes, holding on for another 10 minutes and when they eventually talk to you, they have no solution to my issue and by explaining this it takes another 20 minutes. Sent emails to all their different addresses even to the CEO but absolutely no reply within the said timeframe of 48hours. When they do return your call it is on a Sunday night. I am just over Cell C.
