No Service! No Problem for Cell C...looks like it!

My phone was ****** on Saturday 12 September, went to cell c wonderpark to know what i need to do to retrieve my number. The consultant who assisted me said I need to buy a new sim and do a sim swap and that i can get the sim at any checkers store but i shouldn't rica it, I then asked her why I'm not able to buy the sim from her because it is after all a Cell C shop...she then said it will cost me R10.00 (didn't look like she want to help me because why didn't she offer that in the first place) The sim swap failed on her system thanks to the ****ty security questions, she said the only other option is for me to contact 084140 to get assistance from the call center...\HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO CONTACT THEM IF I DON'T HAVE A PHONE OR SIM?"Was my question and her reply was \""don't you know anyone with a cell c number?\"" I don't know anyone with a Cell c number and am not surprised!
