No service no nothing

And still without a phone as the said i am getting a new phone they will deliver it at my house and now the credit the store wherei got the phone that is not even close to me it is 400km and they keep telling me that it is how it works they did not even advise me of what is the procedure mo****ng is just telling me i am getting a new phone and they will sent it to me on friday it is Thursday almost a week ago and when i ask where my phone is he says i must get it from the store i got the phone from and that was not discussed and the answers i get is not answers is just saying they are trying to sort the problem it would have beem sorted if mo****ng just looked at the information on the waybill and on my account in total i have been without a phone for 2 months i am so dissapointed
