NO SERVICE - NO NETWORK FOR 3 DAYS ALREADY

Since Monday 15H00 my phones is off line and i am not able to get calls, make calls or use the internet. I reported this several times and still nothing, saying that i takes 48 hours to be resolved. Today is 21/10/2021 at 12h23 and still nothing after 84 hours, my husband has a serious medical condition and needs his phone, nothing is done and up until today now nothing has been done. I find this highly pathetic and could summons for lost of income in this period of time because my husband is self employed and gets his orders telephonically. The last case no with no reply was ***.
