NO SERVICE, NO EMPATHY, NO RATIONALE
Utterly shocking service. my family was ****** at gun point and my moms phone was ******. A long-standing client. When at work I called CELL C from my work phone via loudspeaker and put her on loudspeaker via my dads phone (las they are both traumatised and need my assistance). Moreover, I needed to be at work. I was told it couldn't be done. We will be canceling this contract immediately.

17 Feb 2022, 12:06Thank you it is m Moms Cell ***. I would like the sim card that they stole with her phone to be blocked/stopped. But she still wants to keep her number. I also note she is due for an upgrade. It would be best for a Samsung. She needs her Phone ASAP. If I can have the costs of teh upgrade, the type of phone and the offering and how quickly we can get this. I can take her to a CELL C tomo?
