NO SERVICE, NO ASSISTANCE, NO CALL BAC

After numerous calls I am at my wits end in trying to understand if the agents and I speak the same language!!! promises to have my issues resolves results in nothing, just empty promises of a call shortly. I guess shortly to this agent was 3 days later!!! If not for the sms's I would have battled to keep track of the REFERENCE NUMBERS: ********** 364, ********** 278, ********** 081, ********** 705, ********** 081, ********** 544 FRUSTRATED, ANGRY and SHOCKED at the way I have been messed around!!
