No service- Mr Yunus Bayat

I posted on hello Peter a few days ago, cellc promised to call to sort query, on a sales agent called, Mr Younus Bayat - operational manager promised 2 resolve but can't, I'm still await his feedback but he has blocked my number, I got someone call him, he answered and said he will call back, but has not. Beyond pathetic service
