No service...long waiting periods

OMG...I have been charged for 2 full months including pro rata and the services were not even given to me. I even regret upgrading as it has brought misery and stress to me. They have logged a case for me but have not got back to me regarding the matter as the agent advised I will be called on the 8th of March and today is the 13th with no response. This is horrible service. This is going to be a long two years with Cell C.
