No service from Cell C Clearwater Mall

I submitted all documentation for pre-approval for a cell c contract, I informed Cell C that I will be cancelling my Vodacom contract and go onto prepaid in order for my cell number to be used with Cell C. i was told at branch that pre-approval will be requested and will be informed once I should come into the branch.<br> <br> 10 days has passed and I have not received a call from Cell C clearwater, from day two I contacted the branch every day asking whats happening with my pre-approval just to get a response that I must leave details and will be contacted back by the person that assisted me(Nkosi)<br> <br> No decency to just call me back. I have never complained about any one on Hello Peter and I have received bad service in past before. But for me to have to come on Hello Peter is a true indication of the shocking NO-SERVICE I have received from Clearwater Cell-C. I will be going back to retrieve my ID docs and pay slips etc becasue I just DONT trust the branch and staff with my details.<br> <br> BTW Clearwater, I got assistance from another branch and with in an hour was approved and enjoying my new hand set.
