No service from cell c

Again I hace got a problem with cell C as a customer. On my account I have stated a getmore that is added and charged for. I have made a call to customer care to have it removed and taken from my account, which never happened, after I phoned customer care for a 2nd time, I was asked to send an email in order to have it removed. Yet that never happened. I then went into the local branch, 3 times to have it canceled. Still the getmore states on my account. After several phone calls, visits and emails nothing happened and I'm still paying for something I don't want. All efforts seems to be in vain and that that cell c wants customers but when it comes to customer care and assistance, they fail to keep their customers happy.
