No service from cell C and only empty promises.

Did a upgrade on 28 October they delivered the device (Laptop) on 29 October but the device was faulty. I logged a call for collection and the collection has being cancelled now 6 times with no reason. Spoken to 2 managers that promised to call me back but I am still waiting. I have 5 contracts at Cell c for over 10 years and I am now done with Cell c . As soon as this issues has being resolved I will cancel this contract and so the rest of my contracts and rather go to another provider. I have being patient long enough. After reporting Cell C on Hello Peter the 1st time I was called back with many promises but now everything is quite again GRRRRRRRRRRR
