No service from Cell C
Phoned retentions department on 30/09/2020. Held the line for 12 mins 30 secs, just to be disconnected. Tried again on 23/11/2020, held on for 11 min 36 secs, then they ask me to rate service without once actually speaking to me!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
