No service from Cell C

I Signed a 2 year Internet contract with cell c in August. We specifically asked that if it does not work in our area where our house is situated, can we return it? We were told it will be no problem, they will just log a call to come and inspect the signal in our area and if it does not work they will refund me. Ok well... ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW! ITS NOT WORKING AT MY HOUSE. i have phoned numerous times. Went back to the cell c shop and even sent a few emails with no reply or any feedback whatsoever from anyone. The first time we were told some one is being sent to our house for inspection we waited at home the whole day and no one arrived.<br> Their debit order system seems to work perfect cause i have been charged twice now for it. I took the router to my work and it works perfect there. I am very happy with it. So obviously we don't get signal at our house and we specificly baught it to use at home.. not at work were i have internet!<br> I am VERY unhappy about the non excisting service i am receiving from cell c.<br> i want to cancel the contract and i want a refund for the debit orders that went of!<br> I will also most definatly cancel my cellphone cobtract with cell c.<br>
