No Service from cell C

I have been trying to cancel a contract with cell c for just over a month! After numerous calls and endless holding on for cancellations etc, I spoke to the head of the cancellations department, he subsequently cancelled the contract for me. I have told cell c that I want my money back for the contract as there was no service at my residence cell c has told me from Monday that someone will phone me to resolve this complaint. It is Friday... No one has contacted me yet. I want all the subscription, connection fees etc paid back to me as there was no service delivery from cell c side! If cell c tries to take any money from my account I will send back the debit order and only pay the R145 for the other line that can stay active as that contract was taken out for one of my workers. I am sick and tired of trying to sort this out! I want my money back Cell C!!!
