No service for nearly a month

<p>Last month my debit order payment didn't go off for some reason. Instead of the usual method is the service provider calling or emailing asking if they can do another debit on xyz date or if you'll do a direct transfer, they just cut my service without warning. I have been with Call C for nearly 4 years and have never missed a payment by the way, so I'm not a "problem" customer. </p> <p> </p> <p>So the next debit order date comes around, debit order goes off (I have my data bundle active), still no service and it's been about 11 days since the new debit order. I have been without service for about a month now. </p> <p> </p> <p>You've taken the payment, please reinstate my service! If there's something I need to do to get this done, please communicate with me and clarify. I now understand why you have such a terrible rating. </p> <p> </p> <p>PS: Don't bother trying to phone me to resolve this, remember, I have no service. </p>
