No service for blacklisting phones

On Tuesday(14 July) I went to the CellC store to complete the forms for blacklisting 2 phones that was ****** during a burglary. I was promised that with 24 to 48 hours I will receive the the ITC numbers. To date nothing and that was after 2 calls today - first call I was told that I will have the ITC's by 12H00. 13H00 I phoned again and was told that I will have the ITC's very soon. Still nothing - this is holding up my insurance claim and I need to get back to the SAPS.
