No service due to lack of UPS on Cell C sites

I have a LTE advanced service from Cell C which runs very well, it is fast and great, as long as there is not a power failure. After a power failure, it is usually possible to reset and resync and after a while, it is back on the network. The Problem. Our area is plaqued by frequent and long power failures, so that most of us have power back up via UPS, so in my case, power on the LTE device remains on, yet it seems that Cell C do not do the same for their sites. I am forced to buy expensive data from another ISP and to set up my cell phone as a hot spot, in order to do urgent work, while I have ample data on cell C which is disconnected for the times when power is out. This should not be a difficult problem to address. Why does Cell C not resolve the issue.
