No service direction and incorrect information

I recently had my upgrade done, late last year only to find that my phone has gone completely dead. I requested for for information on how to get my phone repaired as I need a phone and nobody can give me a decent answer on picking up my phone to get it repaired. I have held on for more than an 1 hour and spoken to many of you agents however, they promise to transfer my call , but they have a rating of their service at the end of the call and the phone goes dead. THIS IS RIDCULOUS bad service once again. PLease don't call me on my cell of *** as it is broken> My land line number is ***
