No service delivery since I joined

Joined cell c my assist ,feel more like frustration as always they coming up with excuses when they have to deliver their service,booked a driver and I was told a consultant made a mistake when they booked and booked a wrong date,now they can't assist me,so disappointed and when I want to cancell because this does not come at any value ,they say I have to wait for three months and that was not mentioned when I joined.
