No service delivery!! Contract needs to be reconnected

Im trying to reconnect my Cell C contract for the past week. No one in customer care seems to actually care or is knowledgable. I keep being told to speak to the "legal department" but cn never get through because they are forever out of office!!

I have paid my entire account up to date and it a so disheartening that no one can assist me.
