No service delivery

It seems like the bad service never ends from making promises to breaking them, 24hours later and a different agent calls to do the same thing my mom did the previous day, and still asked to pay, why I don't know.... How she got emergency of R100 while she doesn't qualify I don't know. Yet she supposedly got it. Now you expect us to pay more for a service we already paid for at Trade route mall. Cell c was a big mistake for me I regret it, I have never had such head ache with a service provider.
