No Service Delivery

I am a government service doctor and have started working in Port Shepstone. For past 3 weeks I have received no network at all. I have taken the phone to the iPhone and Appleberry store who both guarantee it is a network not phone problem. For past 2 weeks I have been in an out of cell c stores trying to cancel my contract. They keep on saying someone wil contact me (via my hospitals switchboard) to make arrangements for a technician to assess. When I did make an arrangement today the technician did not pitch. I have explained that a cell phone is vital for a doctor eapecially when on call but Cell C does not care. Cell C make a plan to cancel my contract so I can port my number over to Vodacom and use a provider that actually has some service delivery.
