No service cellc

Absolute nobody want to help. Our issue already started in July. No wifi connection. Had to book is router back, unfortunately the store did not havr the correct bags for courier. So another week had to pass. Now eventually the contract was cancelled mid September (because of previous repley to hellopeter) but since then the coount dispute is hanging. I am bot going to pay for something i couldn't use. I have email upone email proof of requests thats been sent for this to be sorted, still no reply. My husbands line has been cut due to this problem becuase the 2 contracts is somehow lincked. I am so angry at this stage becuase he gave permition so that i can sort out this becuase he is not fluent in english. But no....
