No service, cell C missing in action
Dear Cell C
are you aware that you have zero cell c shops in Bloemfontein? are we as customers in the city expected to jump ships and use other service providers?

Not sure if you are sarcastically trying to demonstrate that there is no value from a physical store or you genuinely don't know the use of the store. In any case a few days ago I "lost" my phone and tablet (the only source of internet and voice call) needed to claim from the insurance and do a sim swap. For me, the best place to do this would be at a store since I do not have access to a cell phone or internet.
I had to buy a new sim and phone to make a call to cell c to do a sim swap and find an internet cafe to receive and send insurance forms. It would have been easier to go to a store. At least just one store for the entire city.
