No service
I emailed to ask to migrate my package upwards. A lady contacted me and after I made my decision on a new packageshe, informed me that i need to upgrade my credit rating or something to this effect. I asked her to put me through to that dept and was told someone would be in contact. That was a week ago... all I want to do is change my package which will cost ME more money and I am an excellent payer so not sure what this credit rating thing is about. . Very dissapointing service.
