No service at my after storm and Cell C slow and not understanding

<p>Hi</p> <p>My problem:</p> <p>Our phones are connect to cellc network when we are at home with 3 to 4 bars on the phone but we cannot call, receive call, send receive sms or use data. Other times it just no service. When we go to town ect we can use signal again. I think after the storm the tower was damaged. </p> <p> </p> <p>I told CellC this, they then closed the case a few days later because they cannot reach me by telephone, I had to reopen it and explain to the agent that if I had signal and was able to receive calls I would not have logged a fault and they must email me. After this I have received more messages saying they cannot reach me, "Yes this shows we have a problem CellC"! </p> <p> </p> <p>This has been going on for more than a week, and still no signal, or ideas!!!!! There is little to no feedback, I have to email to ask for updates, and then when I am in different area and can use signal I phone them, just to get told I do not answer my phone when they call :(</p> <p> </p>
