No service at all just being ignored

26 January 2016.<br> <br> And to date no one has collected your handset and now you are deducting money from my account for a device I do not want. As per agreed contract stipulations that your sales person read to me when I agreed to this contract I had 7 days to return the handset if there was something I was not happy with. So I got the handset on a Friday and phoned you on the Monday to come and collect the handset because I could not make any calls with the device. Your website conveniently forgot to include the fact that I could not make calls with the handset without connecting it to a cellphone of a similar make so ultimately the handset is quite useless to me. Now I have provided you with the reference number (OBF173769) and requested on multiple emails that you come and collect the handset but you choose to ignore me and give me references to when I should contact you during office hours. I do not wish to talk to one of your call center agents again and explain to them again that we had an agreement which you need to honor. Basically now you chose to go ahead and deduct money from my account (*******ly) for the handset instead of collecting it. Keep ignoring my emails.
