NO SERVICE AT ALL

It has been 4 months now since I sent in new debit order instructions and STILL Cell C cant get the damn money to deduct off my account! Every month I have to phone in to get them to reverse penalty fees going off my account,do manual EFT's,but they refuse to cancel the debit order on the system and allow me to do manual payments. It is now the 3rd of November and AGAIN no deduction went off my account. This is getting ridiculous now! Will definitely not be renewing my contract again.
