No service as Cell C Lichtenburg branch
<p>Good day</p> <p>Today I was as the Cell C branch in Lichtenburg and the service was utterly poor. </p> <p>The branch manager walks around,not in the shop and the assistant sits backwards in her chair with her hands in her pockets and not helping at all. I just needed to do a simswop. </p>

It is disappointing to learn that the store representatives did not conduct themselves in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the regional manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
