No service and Numerous dropped calls

First of all....I am very disappointed on how bad the service has became at Cell C. All there deals are ****. Most of the time during the day I have no service, dropped calls etc. I phoned their retentions department twice to get a settlement quote so that I can cancel my contract and move over to telkom. I got cut off the second time I phoned and they did not even bother to return my call. It just shows you the do not give a f%&$c****
