No service and incorrect changes

After two complaint free years with Cell C, I qualified for an upgrade. They via outsourced company phoned me and ask if I wanted to do upgrade via phone..avoiding going to a branch, also then admin cost and registration cost and other cost are avoided and upgrade gets done for free with no cost involved and within 2 days ill have my phone. Selected phones made changes to contract and done.<br> <br> 2 weeks later, 2 reference numbers, they down graded me from 200 minutes, 2Gig data to 30 minutes and 30MB data(not my request), wrong selection on phones and out of stock excuses when I have to phone them and not they phone me...I am still waiting for phones or even a phone call. ..<br> <br> Cell C for yourself...I guess?
