No Service and *****

Cell C, again you force me to write a review on hellopeter, because you just don't care about your customers. About 4 months ago, you made a mistake on my account, I showed you the mistake and you said that you will refund me, well, i'm still waiting for the refund, I've sent multiple emails and then the call gets closed and asked how was my interaction, but there were none. And now, again like previous months, you are just adding stuff on my account without my permission. Maybe we should migrate this contract to prepaid so I can go over to another network that won't treat me like this.
