No service and charge for things im not meant to be charged for

I have been a cell c customer for many years and have very seldom in this time had to many issues. Lately though the services are terrible, I am being billed for stuff i am not supposed to be billed for. I am billed for wifi calling but am supposed to have 1000 free wifi minutes per month, i am being billed for called but have 600 anytime minutes a month.

You log a query at a branch and 3 weeks later it has not been resolved. I am truly disgusted in the services. You call them they said it has been logged then escalated then they say it has been edged etc. to no avail

Then I receive my bill to see that absolutely nothing has been resolved. my contract expires in 3 months and will most certainly move to another provider after more than 12 years being with cell C.

Clearly there 1.2 Billion rand deficit has effected their business and that of their ability to provide services and get money at all costs. I will not accept paying for services that I am not meant to be paying for and I will not pay for services i am not getting
