No service

There was a ********** account on my name n 2011 it was opened for 4 days and closed, with all the paper work and evidence with probably days of conversations and SAPS documents Cell C can still not deliver a simple letter to state that this is resolved, this caused major upset in my life and they do not have any records to show only the handover. the only thing they do is send you from post to post with no assistance, I probably have an entire phone book of numbers that i need to phone and did phone. i just need a competent person to just do their job nothing more.
