No service

<p>The Huawei phone I bought from Cell C just stopped working about a week ago. It says "No Service" and there are no bars in the service indicator. </p> <p>I have taken it into Cell C Cavendish Centre twice and gotten such bad service from the Cell C employees there. First time, I think it was the manager of the store, the guy was whatsapping whilst dealing with me. How terrible is that?! The next time, I got a new employee. He was attentive but ended up saying all I could do is upgrade. </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel like I'm feel forced to upgrade, no one wants to try fix my phone. </p>
