No service
<p>I have been trying to unblock a SIM card since Sunday. Nobody has responded from Cell C despite me visiting their store in Centurion mall twice and phoning Cell C customer care many many times. The service is non existant.</p> <p>Unblock ref nr ********** 405</p>

I phoned Cell C customer services again today and their standard reply of "sorry our back office has not reponded yet although we can see the case has been escalated more than once" . Five days and still no use of the phone.
Service is still zero!
