no service

Cell c just wants to bill clients and make them bankrupt.last year i called in buy off 2 of my cell c contracts in october,they advised to call in 2 days later so the payments reflect and requset to cancel.i did so thinking both contracts were cancelled. A few months later i find out only one was and the large amount of money i paid for,for one was put in a credit bal.and every month was used to pay for my my other active contracts.i called in to cell c to complain a few months later.cell c advised they will finally cancel the contract.last month i get a bill of over r8000 to pay of outstanding fees on the number that was supposed to cancelled 8 months ago.i got to pay even thou it was cell c's mistake. Cell c have recived funds. Now when i call in they say i have to pay another r14000 for the contract i cancelled 8 months ago.dear cell c i was paying that contract from my credit bal you guys did and you also billed me last month cancellation and other costs. So why are you guys making **** amounts to bill me up? Are they confused but supposed to be a nation wide celluar phone network. This problem is going for a month but all i get was we will get back to you,we will escalate
