NO SERVICE

Cell C phone for upgrade of phone they deliver the phone not even when apply tell you their are more than one facebook cheap one and then another one just say it is free. Till today Monday can't use my phone the same day I receive the new phone they took all my data and money which were Tuesday nearly a week ago even went to the branch in Clearwater they can't help I must phone the call centre for the sim change the first operator i call I can not understand her questions and if she speaks as if she was eating and help clients and she put the phone just down. I phone again and are still waiting for the sim swap (three days later) If I know after how many years of having my contract this is the service, I don't know if I want to have anything to do with this company with NO SERVICE AT ALL
