No service

I asked Cell C to stop my debit order as I would like to pay cash. The cut both my lines. I was on the phone with their legal department for hours already send about 30 emails to them since the 19th with no respond. I think this is poor service as I have send my cv out to so many companies with that number and I explain to them I need my phone connected the same day as I was Retrenched and I need the phone to be connected.. Still no one made the effort to help me with this. Im a single mom and I need a job and this is what cell C does for me. I think that they are a very bad company and when my contract end I will go to another service provider. I will never again tell anyone how good they are. They will loose me as a client that is for sure. I can't even leave a cell no as I dont have a active line. They can contact me through email.
