No service,

No feedback or assistance from CellC. Been a month waiting for feedback. Being sent from pillar to post between departments. I am paying for a product i cannot use. I would advise nobody to use this useless company. No wonder they are going under. This is the fourth time i am trying to get any answer from them. They only repsond when a person writes on Hellopeter and then dont come back to you. The technical department has finalised their inveatigation.
