I am disgusted by the manner in which Cell C is unable to administer their company. In 2019 we entered into a contract with Cell C on condition that our Fiber installation would be serviced with a Static IP Address. This was Non Negotiable and written into the contract. After three months I was informed that all was in place and the installation from street into our premises took place. A representative of OPENSERVE came and installed the Fiber Termination unit and verified that the line was active. Upon my request I was told that a Cell C technician would come and install the router. This never happened and after months of communication with the Cell C Sales person informed me that a Static I/P address could not be provided. This in turn nullified my contract with Cell C. I did agree to cover the cost of the installation from the street into our premises. After about two months I finally got confirmation of my contract cancellation in January 2020. I receive multiple phone calls daily requesting payment of outstanding debt for a contract that I do not have. I have been threatened with blacklisting and various other things. I have made it abundantly clear to the callers of the situation and have informed them that should I or my Company receive any bad credit rating or blacklisting we shall take legal action against Cell C. There has been attempts to contact management with no success. I have requested talking to some form of management but there is never anyone available. I trust that this is the last communication between myself and Cell C .
