Phoned on the 18th August to do an upgrade. Was told they will do a credit reference and phone back in a hour and a half time. Up to date no call recieved from upgrade department. We phoned previously with no results. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will move my business to another cell phone provider that to will gladly assist me
