NO SERVICE

CELL C, YOU ARE LUCKY I HAVE TO SELLECT A STAR TO CONTINUE, OTHERWISE YOU DONT GET EVEN ONE STAR FROM ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been sitting without coverage for the past three weeks , i have called the call centre a number of times without getting any assistance. The agents i spoke to all promised to log a call for me with the technical department and someone will call me back which hasn't happened .This is really irritating as i am not getting any notifications from my bank plus i need to always have things that need a OTP. Today 15/02/2021 when i called none of the agents would assist me , those who pretended to assist me just dropped the calls. i have asked if i can do a sim swap but was advised that wouldn't help as the problem is with the network and not my sim card. To top it all one of them said i should have received an sms to notify me that CELL C is roaming on vodacom network , which i never did !!!!!
