No service

For the past 5 weeks I have been visiting the atrium Cell c branch in Durban asking them to book my phone in for repairs, firstly they refuse to take my phone on a weekend, I did mention that I am out of town during the week and am only able to come through to the store on a weekend, it is very frustrating that Cell C does not have a repair centre in Durban. I left my details with a salesman requesting that he contact me as soon as a loan unit is available so that I may book my phone, it has now been 5 weeks since. This will be the second time in 3 months that my phone is giving me trouble and is just dying. The phone is question is a BlackBerry 9720 and has been a troublesome unit since I have taken this contract.
