No service

Customer service is like talking to a mechanic but need a doctor. No service at all. My account is in arrears and I want to pay them but I can't get the rite people to contact for the account but every time they give me a different number that don't work. That want your money but no way to pay them how stupid? And there is no thing like a supervisor or management that they can transfer you to.

And now they even took my number of the network. So I can't even receive calls.
