No service

I emailed cell c weeks ago to cancel my line, i never got a response, i spoke to someone on the phone they apparently forwarded my request, i receive a response a week later that i will be contacted in 48 hours, that was at the beginning of the week. It is now almost end of month and i am going to cancel the debit order with the bank. I can't even say the service is ****, for that i'd have to first receive some kind of interaction with an employee...
