C Fibre installation was requested and paid for in November 2018. To date no installation has materialised. Cancellation and refund request has been emailed through numerous times to different people and still nothing has been done. Alternate fibre supplier was contacted in January and installation was done within a week. Please action cancellation and refund as a matter of urgency!
