No service

I paid cell c 8000 a week ago to cancel a contract. Up until now I’m unable to get a paid up letter from them. They emailed me on Sunday 26/08 to say somebody would be in contact with me within the next 2 days. I’m still waiting.

It's almost a year later since I received a paid up letter and guess what? I'm still listed on ITC by cell c. Im at wits end because I don't know what else to do to get these people to leave me alone...
