No service
I have submitted my phone for repairs on the 12/01/2018 for damaged screen. No communication whatsoever from my insurance instead I have got a bill from cell c repairs department that I have to sign in order for my phone to be fixed. Isn't my insurance the one that is supposed to accept this quote and pay for whatever they cover and notify me of how much the access is, fee if there's one.

16 Jan 2018, 09:19Thanks to the lady who contacted me yesterday. She advised me to go back to the store and fill in insurance claim form and I did exactly that, the ticket number is 991457. Please let me know of the status of this claim. The repairs job number is WPCAP221417.
